The service

Instamodel provides a gateway to first-party and third-party model deployments and a control plane for publishing post-trained models. Models, providers, capabilities, prices, limits, regions, and retention options may change. The authenticated API catalog is the authoritative source for routes enabled for your project.

Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate account information, protect sessions and API keys, and promptly revoke credentials you believe are compromised. You are responsible for activity performed with your organization's keys and for assigning appropriate organization roles.

You may not resell, transfer, or expose credentials except through a written Instamodel agreement. We may suspend credentials to contain security, fraud, abuse, legal, or provider risk.

Acceptable use

You may not use Instamodel to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; evade access controls or rate limits; conduct unauthorized security testing; generate deceptive, abusive, or exploitative content; or make high-impact decisions where applicable law or the selected model's terms prohibit that use.

You are responsible for evaluating model outputs before relying on them. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.

Model publishers

Publishers must own or control all rights needed to upload, deploy, market, and commercialize submitted weights, adapters, training data, names, claims, and related materials. Publisher attestations, prices, royalties, and artifact digests are versioned and may not be retroactively changed for completed usage.

Submission does not guarantee approval or traffic. Instamodel may quarantine, test, reject, delist, or suspend a model for security, legal, performance, policy, provider, or integrity reasons. Publishers must not include malware, secrets, personal data, unlicensed material, or undisclosed executable code.

Commercial terms

Paid routes, prepaid credits, refunds, taxes, provider costs, publisher royalties, settlement timing, reserves, and payout eligibility are governed by the price and commercial-terms versions shown when those features are activated. Credits are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and are not transferable unless we state otherwise.

Publisher-facing royalty figures are provisional calculations from finalized gross usage. They are not cash balances or payment obligations and are not yet attributed net of purchase-level refunds, disputes, fraud, taxes, reserves, or promotional credits. Payouts remain disabled and would require reconciliation plus identity, business, sanctions, tax, and payment-account verification.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service and model outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instamodel disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party model or provider conduct. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, output accuracy, model availability, or a publisher's earnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instamodel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid Instamodel for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, except where that limitation is prohibited.
